“Afraid to leave this review, because there will be lines out the door when the word gets out. But Earnest is such a good dude, and and he deserves all the success that comes hia way. Everything we tried was simply the best. This is our family's new favorite bbq place.“
“We planned to have Hutchins BBQ for lunch but the line was long so we looked for other BBQ to joints in the area and to my surprise there is a Tender Smokehouse close by. I’ve been wanting to try tender for years . I’m not sure how new the Frisco location is but there was no line and we got right in to order. The Customer service was top notch. We didn’t want or wait for anything. There was always someone asking if we needed anything. We had the fatty brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, and jalapeño sausage. All were amazing! For sides we had potato salad, mac and cheese, bbq beans, and banana pudding. All were really good! I never eat the plain white bread at bbq spots but Tender has buttered toast that I kept eating.I’m definitely glad Hutchins was busy and I found Tender Smokehouse.“
“Babyy when I tell yall I am so glad I came across this black owned BBQ joint in Frisco, yall just don’t know the half! Up until now, I thought Hutchins was as good as it gets but boy was I wrong! They DO barbecue, ok?! I’m talking family reunion/cookout barbecue! This was the three meat plate featuring the ribs, sausage and brisket. For sides I chose baked beans and dirty rice. I cleaned my plate! I was so shocked as to how tender and seasoned everything was! If you’re looking for quality BBQ that’s not boiled ? look no further! They are only open Saturday/Sunday at the Frisco farmers market. Early arrival is HIGHLY suggested!“
“This restaurant sounds like a solid choice for a enjoyable Korean BBQ experience. While I found the flavors slightly less impressive than other spots, I still commend the friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere. If you're looking for a fun and lively Korean BBQ experience, this place is definitely worth checking out. Just keep in mind that there might be other restaurants in the area with more standout flavors.“
“I am a teacher with the Frisco ISD, Aspire Adult Transition Special Education Department. We recently visited your establishment with a group of 16 young adults who are in the process of learning essential skills such as ordering and paying for their meals. Prior to our arrival, I had contacted your team to confirm the availability of breakfast at 10:00 am. We were warmly welcomed by Mary upon our arrival, who not only greeted us with a smile but also remembered our earlier conversation. Her genuine enthusiasm for our visit was truly appreciated.During our time at the convenience store, our students were guided through the process of ordering, speaking clearly, preparing the correct amount of money for payment, and patiently waiting for their meals. The entire staff, including those working in the kitchen and at the cash registers, demonstrated exceptional friendliness and hospitality. In particular, I would like to commend Viviana, the cashier, for her outstanding service. She greeted each of our students with a warm smile and exhibited remarkable patience as she assisted them through the ordering and payment process. At no point did she make our students feel rushed or inconvenience, treating each of them with the utmost respect and care. Viviana's exemplary customer service truly made our visit memorable. We sincerely appreciate the wonderful experience and delicious breakfast provided by your team. Thank you for your hospitality and for creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and welcomed.“
“Super chill spot, relaxed vibe on a late friday night. Ordered a whole grip of different skewers, along with the pea shoots and oysters.Everything tasted super fresh, packed with flavor and some satisfying heat. On the pricier side for sure if you're ordering to fill up. My waiter was super helpful in identifying what skewers were which and had some great recommendations for future orders.I'd love to come back with a group to try the whole fish and that soju watermelon I keep seeing around.Vegetarian options: Several veggie options, both as sides and grilled items. Some vegetarian rice and noodle options as well.“
“The self-service kiosk was the only way to order. One of the stations was malfunctioning leaving a line and a long wait to place orders. The dining area is no frills, but has ample seating options that include choices for large groups, couples, and single diners. The orders took a little longer than expected to arrive at our table. The quality and flavor was good. I was disappointed that there was not much in the way of kimchi offerings. Overall this was a good dining experience.“
“We had to wait in line for 45 min and it was worth every second. I went with my girlfriend who was cold in the rain but we both agreed it was amazing. We loved the texas size jalapeño poppers called the texas twinkie, brisket is almost melt in yout mouth, and my girlfriend gobbled up the green beans like no tomorrow. It's not cheap but if you know that going in you won't be disappointed.Parking: This place is super popular so parking can be a good indication of the wait you are going to have. Still worth it.“
