I travel all over the US and I've had barbecue just about everywhere but this location is exceptional. They offer many choices and all of the choices I made were amazing. A bit pricey at $40 a plate but for me it was well worth it.
This is my first time visiting this place and I loved it. They have a unique flavor that truly sets them apart. Let's talk about the service: from Kory at the entrance, to Mevili explaining where everything was located, Norma always attentive to us, and Sofia who takes care of every detail of the restaurant. Congratulations! Your attention, quality, and excellent service made us feel very happy and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Hard Eight BBQ offers delicious food with amazing brisket and authentic Texas BBQ. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. The 8 oz ribeye comes highly recommended, cooked to perfection and juicy. The brisket is by far the best thing they serve, though it can sometimes be a bit dry and pricey. The ribs are tasty, but may be thin, while the sausage has the right amount of spice. The chicken poppers, however, can be a little dry as they are too small to sit near heat for long. The smoke on the meat is perfect, and the BBQ sauce leans towards the sweet side. The sides include creamed corn, which is good but often served at room temperature, and beans that could use a little something extra. The peach cobbler is tasty. While some customers have found the overall BBQ experience to be decent, the fun atmosphere and friendly service make Hard Eight a great Texas dining choice, ensuring many will return for another visit.
