“After visiting Vietnam in the spring, we had a craving for Vietnamese food and discovered a real gem right here in town. I tried the hot stone bowl pho with meatballs and it was great. The broth was amazing and the noodles and other ingredients were fresh and tasty. The hot stone bowl was an awesome surprise! Keeps the broth so hot the whole meal. The broth starts to boil at the table until you add some noodles. The fried potstickers for an appetizer were very tasty. We also had the Hanoi style grilled pork with vermicelli which was outstanding as well and really the best flavor of everything! Extensive menu and the service was wonderful and so friendly…family business! Definitely going back!“

“Underrated, absolute gem of a community. A must if you like walking with visuals at every step. The lake walk at night is amazing amidst the sounds of nature, and an occasional cow or two from the surrounding pasture. Wide paved paths with benches and some lights. The food and beverage offerings are top tier. Please drive slow here, the stop signs are inadequate for the width of the main lane.“

The food was fantastic as were the drinks. The only complaint I have was the noise level in the main dinging where we were sitting. There were 8 of us at the table and it was difficult to hear each other.“

Fresh salads, delicious bread, large portions in a romantic, as well as family friendly environment. BYOB, plenty of parking, fast service and very reasonable prices. I wore a complicated outfit and the nice female manager assisted me in the bathroom with my clothes and engaged me in conversation, and she ensured that my dining experience was amazing!!!!! Now that is customer service!!!!!!! The food was amazing, the server was fast and friendly. I’ve rarely seen someone work as hard as she did. She was handling multiple tables, constantly moving, yet somehow made every guest feel genuinely cared for. She made sure everyone was smiling, checked on us throughout the evening, and delivered an incredible level of hospitality with such a positive attitude.

What impressed me most was that her service didn’t feel forced—it was genuine. You could tell she truly cared about her guests and took pride in what she does.

Marissa is an incredible representation of what true hospitality should look like. Hats off to the restaurant for having such an outstanding employee.

We will absolutely be back, and honestly, Marissa’s service is the reason why.

“Really enjoyed my meal at Ten Seconds Noodles! I ordered the dry rice noodles and they were really good—the noodles had a great texture and the seasoning was flavorful without being too heavy. The meat was also fresh and tasted like quality ingredients, which made a big difference.

The portions were generous, the food came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh. It’s definitely a place I’d come back to when I’m craving noodles in Carrollton. Highly recommend giving the dry rice noodles a try!“

The food was wonderful, and our waiter Jose did an excellent job checking on us but not becoming annoying by constantly asking if we needed anything. We sat near the bar which was a tad noisy, but the booth we were seated in was uncomfortable and better suited for larger people b/c the table is too far away from the seats. And our table had an uneven wood surface as we cut into our food. Lastly, the $2.50 discount for Police/Fire/Vets should be a little more ... say 15%. Otherwise, it was an outstanding dining experience.“
