We've been here a bunch of times and always had a pleasant experience. I love the selection of coffee and drinks. It has a very nice vibe and the food is good. I tried the Beef Reuben and Espresso Cruffin for the first time, and loved both immensely. The sandwich was perfectly crunchy and the filling was not spilling out. We've also had the cold brew Doki Doki a bunch of times, and it's refreshing. The servers are friendly and helpful. Everything was good.

One, Cypress Waters is a cool place to meet anyone. Two, it has a great vibe and great views. Three, there are lots of cool places to crawl in and out of. Chill atmosphere. Ample seating. Outdoor patio. Croissant is buttery and flaky oh how I miss thick bacon. Ryan our waiter was attentive even as the crowd increased. They appear to work well together as a team. I enjoyed their house coffee as well. Will definitely be back!
