“The food here was phenomenal! I came here with a small group and we tried a lot of things. Some of the stand out menu items were the ravioli starter, the shaking beef, stuffed leeks, and garlic noodles. The ravioli starter is a must order, it was the favorite of everyone in our party of 4.

The lychee lemongrass martini was also phenomenal! Overall, no complaints anywhere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

“We walked in to pick up a to go order and were warmly greeted. The server was kind to share some of the restaurant history and asked for a review, which as business owners, we like to oblige and want to help other businesses. He threw in a mango lassi with our order, which was not expected and SO delicious. All of our food was AMAZING and enough to have for lunch the next day. We ordered garlic naan, Gobi 65, Malabar with beef and veggies, chicken and lamb biryani.“

“As somebody who has lived in DFW his entire life, attended countless events, worked with companies all over the Metroplex, and eaten at some of the best restaurants across the country, I'm honestly surprised it took me this long to come.

I’m going to say something you may not expect. The steak was outstanding, as good as I’ve had. But the hospitality? It’s been 24 hours and I’m still smiling. That was seriously service in the form of a performing art. I am blown away.

Our server, AB, was quite possibly the best server I've ever had. He greeted us both with a handshake, learned our names, paced the meal perfectly, checked in without hovering, served our sides throughout dinner, and somehow managed to make a busy dining room feel personal. Jessica was convinced to step outside her normal filet comfort zone and order the filet cap (spinalis), one of the most prized cuts of beef available. The recommendation was perfect and she loved it.

What really impressed me was that every recommendation felt genuine and was presented with logic. Nothing felt like an upsell. Everything felt like guidance from someone who wanted us to have the best possible experience. AB was our steakhouse Sherpa.

I don’t want to downplay the quality of the food itself. The steaks were remarkably good, the menu was deep and diverse, and pretty much anything we ate was exceptional. You can’t eat bad food here. But great food is not actually why this place is famous. It’s now obvious to me how Al Biernat's earned the reputation. It was service that made us truly feel like the most important guests in the restaurant.

In a time where most restaurants are trying to automate, streamline, and speed everything up, Al Biernat's reminded me that the ultimate form of luxury is still just a human being who genuinely cares about your experience. We will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“The food is delicious, but when it comes to paying for your food they bring this little machine to your table to payout mine you they already put the gratuity on your bill, even if there is 2 or more. The waiter or waitress have a nerve to ask for additional tips, but you don’t know that they already charge you gratuity and asking for more money. I don’t think this is fair and right to do. Me and my husband came for our anniversary we enjoyed everything, but telling us that you have to share your tips with others and asking for more money is very wrong. Not good for business 🤦🏼‍♀️“

The food was good we enjoyed it but for the price it could definitely be better, along with the service. The hostess was very quiet and rude and then our waiter for the rest of the night never came around to check on us to see if we wanted anything. She checked on us less than the food runners and other waiters. The other workers at this establishment were great and would consistently check on us, my main complaint was about our waiter Mandy.“

“My partner and I came down to Dallas from OKC to celebrate our anniversary weekend. My partner has a severe gluten allergy so we always look for places that can accommodate that need. Our server, Matt, was incredible. He pointed out all the items that couldn’t be made gluten free. He answered all of our questions with confidence and clarity. We felt so comfortable with our selections. As for the food, OH MY GOD!!!!!!!! It was INCREDIBLE!!! You could have fooled me that it was gluten free (I know it was because I didn’t have to take my partner to the hospital)! Not only did the give us an amazing meal, but they brought out a special, gluten free dessert to celebrate our anniversary. We also were given some gift cards as a thank you for celebrating our anniversary there. “This blew my mind. I haven’t been to a lot of theme restaurants but this was insane. The atmosphere was off the charts and if you lean into it you have the best experience ever. The food is good but the show and souvenirs are to die for. I’ve seen discourse on the horses online and I hope them being treated well is the truth. I ordered the dry-aged ribeye, crusted with peppercorn, and it was exceptional. Perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and incredibly tender—the knife didn’t cut through it, it glided. Each bite delivered that rich, buttery depth steak lovers chase. My wife ordered the filet mignon, and it was just as impressive—cooked to the perfect temperature, incredibly tender, and full of flavor. We sampled each other’s steaks, and the reaction was instant—one of those unspoken “this is special” moments that great food creates.

We also ordered several family-style sides to complement the meal, and they were just as impressive—well-prepared, generous, and full of flavor.

The ambiance is smooth and inviting, creating a relaxed yet upscale environment that enhances the entire experience. As someone who’s enjoyed steakhouses across the country, I can confidently say this one sets a high standard.
