“This place is fantastic! I've been a number of times & the service is always friendly & efficient. Food tried has included the Veggie Omelet, California Benedict (could use a bit more crumbled bacon), Bagel & Lox, Cinnamon Roll French Toast, & Turkey Avocado Wrap. All delicious! Pancakes & waffles come with drizzled cream cheese icing. Wasn't sure about this, but was So good! Servings are very generous. Definitely going back again!“

“My wife and I came here with her co-worker, who found this breakfast spot for us while they’re in town for a work conference.

When you walk in, there are menus available at the entrance, and more are at the register in case you missed one.

It wasn’t too busy this morning, but the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.

I ordered the Retro, and my wife went for the Keto with apple cinnamon waffles. The atmosphere is very open, and while the A/C was a bit chilly, it makes sense with the large windows. I can imagine how hot it gets during the Texas summer.

The food was amazing! My biscuit and jam were delicious, and though my mini hash browns were a little over-fried, it wasn’t a big deal for me.

The orange juice is freshly squeezed not the processed stuff you get at most places. There’s some pulp in it, so if you’re not a fan, you might want to ask if they offer a pulp-free option.“

“I try to eat at The toasted yolk every chance I get when traveling. The service at this location was excellent. I sat at the bar and the bartender was fast, efficient and friendly. She had two very difficult young ladies to wait on and she handled it perfectly with a smile“

“A little gem, right off of 635 and belt line. Easy parking, great prices and variety of dining options, walked in on a Sunday morning was quickly seated and tended to by all staff. If you're looking for a great brunch and location that treats you like family and has something for everyone in your party, this is it! “First time here…. Ordered the connection bfast with 3 blueberry gluten free pancakes, scrambled eggs cooked with chorizo. Amazing! Waitress offered corn tortillas to accompany. Perfect. They had a homemade salsa that was perfect for the eggs. Not too hot and plenty of flavor. The gf blueberry pancakes were light and fluffy and could not have been any better. I will be back.“

“Pancakes are my favorite and these were pretty darn good... fluffy and hot. Didn't have the crispy edges like some of the photos depicted, but all in all a good pancake. Had the brisket taco as well; not much to say about it regarding the taste. Sort of bland.

“We were looking for a restaurant open around 10 pm on Sunday night. We were in the area for just one night and tired, so we didn’t want to get far from the hotel. This Denny’s has really good reviews, so we stopped in. Best decision ever. Nate was amazing. Seriously, he’s one of the best servers we’ve had anywhere ever. He is so freaking nice and happy, and it was a pleasure talking with him. The food was also cooked perfectly—hats off to the cook!“

“I'm a truck driver and I saw a glowing donut sign and had a sweet tooth. Usually look up reviews but did not. This place is neat and clean. Donuts r well presented. I've never seen a spinach and feta pastry but took a chance on it. Omg so light and flaky and fluffy. Best thing I've ever bought from a donut shop. The donuts are the fluffy kind like in the deep south. Wow. They do have cake ones I think like Krispy Kreme but I absolutely despise cake donuts and krispy kreme in general. I'll probably never be in this area again with a sweet tooth but all others will be compared to u from now on Spring Valley Donuts.“

“My wife and I eat breakfast almost every weekend after our morning workout. It’s a little bit of “our time” on the weekend and the staff and food has always been great. But a few weeks ago they were busy and although the meal was good the service was a little lacking and upon checkout our server’s assistant was short and seemed irritated. We were surprised and as we left were talking about it and hostess overheard and we saw her go back and immediately say something to our server. We chalked it up to being short staffed and busy. Came back the next week and everything was great. Came again today and everything was great AND our server from the bad day waited on us and was great. Here’s the part that impressed me, as we were checking out she stopped and apologized for the service from a couple weeks before, didn’t make excuses, said she’d addressed the issue with her assistant and thanked us for coming back. Apologizing is a lost art, and we appreciated it so much that not only did she not get defensive she remembered the situation, it had clearly been on her mind since that day and she wanted to make it right. That tells me Barney’s is here for the long haul and has leadership that is inspiring the employees. Great job Barney’s! We will continue to our weekend breakfast dates for a long long time.“

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. My server, Steven, was fantastic—attentive, personable, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had a great experience.

Steven made sure my needs were met without me ever having to ask, from offering water right away to checking in regularly but never interrupting. His excellent personality made the dining experience so enjoyable, and his service was top-notch. I was really impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor.

The Plano location itself is great—clean, well-organized, and with a positive energy. I left feeling satisfied and valued as a customer. This will definitely be my go-to Snooze from now on!“

I ended up getting a dozen breakfast tacos, 4 of each kind they offered for myself, my partner, and friends that were with me.These were all so fantastic! “I am a frequent flyer of this location of ascension. I love all the locations, but this one is my favorite! The service I’ve had the last few times has been spectacular. I have fallen in love with a seasonal drink(sad), the peach cream cold brew for the summer! But this previous visit I had a few days ago, was so wonderful I needed to write about it! I was served by a woman named Zoey-who gave some excellent recommendations and was very attentive. I ended up getting this chicken chipotle type grain bowl(the name escapes me), that she said was great. I loved it. I’m looking forward to coming back again very soon! ?“
