Twisted Root is a solid burger joint, with a great casual vibe, which makes it an easy go-to. We stopped in on Friday and enjoyed our meal as usual.
What really stood out was afterward. I accidentally left my purse behind, and the management team went above and beyond to try to track me down and let me know they had it. When I came back to pick it up, everything was still there.
That kind of honesty and effort is rare. Thank you to the whole team. We'll be back soon!
