GREAT Texas BBQ!!! We had such a hankering for great BBQ and were told about Hard Eight. This is LEGIT Stick burner BBQ. Pay by the pound, we had 1/2 pound each of brisket, sausage (spicy) and pork ribs, plus Cole slaw, jalapeño Mac/cheese, and onion rings. And Sweet Tea! The onion rings were in such clean oil we needed to add salt to pop the flavor. Such a great experience we had to buy a hat. Haha. Thank you! And the smell is so good!!
It was a great experience with a wonderful atmosphere to boot. I do recommend you try this location.

Had some family visit from out of town and wanted to get them some TX bbq. I hadn’t been in a year or so. We ordered the shrimp and chicken poppers, ham, sausage, ribs and brisket. And as we were walking inside I saw SMOKED BOLOGNA on the pits. So I asked for a slice of that. We enjoyed the meal, and visiting with family. Would definitely go back!
Great barbecue, great sauce....Only complaint and this seems to be typical of most of the barbecue places I've been to, is the coleslaw was very lacking in flavor.
