Based on customer reviews, bb.q Chicken Carrollton serves amazing fried chicken, considered the best in the DFW area. The special sauce and hot spicy sauce are amazing. For the crispiest breading, the plain golden original chicken with a side of sauce for dipping is recommended. The soy garlic chicken and steamed rice is also a favorite. The sides are great, with some of the best French fries that are crispy without being overcooked. The food is delicious, though some find it under-seasoned. The staff is quick and accommodating, with exceptional customer service. During one crisis, the manager Ms. Diane and team provided invaluable support to fulfill a large order on short notice. The restaurant is quick to have food ready, and even when eaten 30-40 minutes later, it remains amazing. Guests recommend dining in to maximize crispness.
