“I will drive any distance to eat here! I wish I had specific names so instead I have the date. 9/15/23 at 9:40 at night we came in, we knew it was late and they all probably wanted go home but we apologized for late hour and they were very gracious. We eat here a lot because they know how to make the crust perfectly. Well this time it was wrong but when I asked about it the young man apologized and made a new pizza! They didn't have to do that, I wasn't mad or anything, he simply wanted to make things right. Now that's an awesome work ethic! That's very hard to find anymore. He also took my number and said the next time we come in he will make the same pizza for free! He could have just said sorry and left it at that but he went above and beyond! “The interior design is sterile and lacks any charm of character. The dining room resembles a grade school cafeteria during classes. The food is tasty but I have yet to experience anything unique on the menu. Good service, cleanliness and decent Italian cuisine staples abound here but you probably won't be wowed by anything.“

“We love Big Joe’s! This place is a hidden gem in Haslet, TX. The food is AMAZING. From pizza, to pastas, to salads…You can’t go wrong with anything that you order. The ingredients are fresh, and the food is flavorful. My new personal favorite is the lasagna pizza.We’ve done a mix of dining in and take-out. When dining in, the atmosphere is super laid back. I like that they have quarter machine games available for the kids. It’s keeps them busy while they wait. Theres a lot of flat screen TVs through out the restaurant to watch the games on. When it comes to take-out the drive through window is the best. Not having to get out of my car to pick- up my food is incredibly convenient. Keep up the great work!“

The food was amazing, we all got something different, and everything was fabulous. I had the wild mushroom and truffle pizza (I am craving it now). We were alerted our lane was ready and introduced to our next waiter, Roman. We requested to keep our same waiter but Roman also took care of us as well. Thanks to these guys, we had a great time!“
