“I’ve had just a handful of authentic Chicago Deep dish pizzas in the DFW metroplex over the years. Many pizza joints claim to be deep dish but they’re just a glorified pan pizza. Let me tell you, Rosati’s did not disappoint. This was one of the top 5 deep dish pizzas I have ever had. It takes 45 minutes to cook so call ahead, that’s how you know it should be the real deal. I picked my baby up just as she finished cooking. I could see her slowly rolling out of the oven. She went in the box fresh and was too hot for me to eat in the store. There were only two garden tables in the restaurant so you’re not going to do much dinning in. This is definitely a to go or deliver joint. Limited seating aside, this pie is worth the wait/planning ahead. I couldn’t wait to get home. I knew she had cooled off enough to eat. Her aroma had filled the cabin and I couldn’t resist. I pulled into a secluded parking lot and slowly opened her box. She was hot and ready. She had a thin, crispy, flakey, buttery yet sturdy crust. A staple of an authentic deep dish. The layer of mozzarella at the bottom was warm and stringy as I pulled my slice away from the rest of the perfectly cut pizza. The layered toppings covered in Rosati’s marina were too eye appealing and tasted like heaven. Picture perfect. I can’t wait to go back.“

We were planning to go for our daughters birthday. I messaged them on facebook and within 30 minutes the owner and the manager reached out to me directly including a personal phone call. “Good upscale pizza spot, even if it is a bit chaotic. Once you finally find parking in this patch of Southlake retail and walk up, the fair-sized covered patio can be pretty inviting. However, if you brave the indoor area, you'll feel like you've stumbled into a college town pizza pub for the middle-aged. The wooden interior and high ceilings combine for a noisy environment once it starts getting busy. After being seated, we watched servers and food runners scurry around from table to table, trying to keep up while simultaneously missing an opportunity to greet us and get drinks started (took a good 5 minutes to reveal who was working our table).But honestly, these are minor gripes in the big picture here. Once they arrived, our server was friendly and quick on the drinks when they weren't rushing between tables. We opted for the family dinner, which is both a good deal and a lot of leftovers if you have 4 people or less. We added a meatball appetizer, and the seasoned meat and marinara went great with the perfectly toasted bread. The pretzel that came with the dinner package was okay, but honestly felt more like a giant, twisted breadstick (the queso that we paid extra for didn't do it any favors, either). The farm style salad was actually really delicious, probably helped by coating the whole bowl with ranch. This is also the point of the dinner when we realized that we needed to hurry up and finish our first course(s), as table real estate was VERY limited for us, and a big pizza was soon to be en route. The Classic Rossa came out piping hot, but still soft enough that toppings were hanging on for dear life as I scarfed each delicious slice. If you're an older pizza fan, or just a family that's had enough CiCi's for a while, you'll like the step up in class this pizza place provides.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza and salads“

Get the raspberry lemon drop, trust me. You pay $25 for a 2 appetizers and a cup of lobster bisque, then the main attraction are the pizza people walking around offering you everything from pepperoni to elote to lamb and even dessert pizzas- my favorite is the Nutella OMG *insert drooling emoji here* anytime anyone ask me if I would like to have dinner with them. “My partner and I tried this place on a whim after a long day, and we are so glad we did. This place is amazing.To start, the food is absolutely INCREDIBLE. It is genuinely some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had. The garlic knots they set as table bread were so dense and flavorful they could be an appetizer all on their own. The red sauce was phenomenal. We got entrees and each came with a house salad as a starter and the Red Wine Vinegar dressing was legitimately AMAZING. It was phenomenal. We got fried ravioli as our starter and they were so good. The ricotta was perfectly seasoned and the ravioli were fried to perfection with awesome breading with herbs and Parmesan cheese. Our entrees came out and they were mountains of food and they were absolutely delicious. I got chicken parmigiana and my partner got tortellini in vodka sauce. We also got a calzone to split and didn’t expect it to be as huge and delicious as it was. The sauce is all house made, the chicken parmigiana was quite frankly the best I’ve ever had, and the calzone was stuffed to bursting with ricotta and was phenomenal. Everything was delicious and in heaping portions that left even me, a notorious black hole, tapping out. We had plenty of leftovers to take home to enjoy later. We got cannoli for dessert and while I have never liked cannoli, I’ve also never had a cannoli like THAT. It was just as surprising and wonderful as everything else. 5/5 stars for food and quality.Our service was top-notch. Our server was perfectly attentive, honest, funny, and very kind to us. The marinara sauce has to be like homemade it was that good. It was enough for 2 people! My wife had fettuccine shrimp with a tomato sauce and she really loved it. We paid with a credit card, but not thinking, I paid the delivery person again in cash and tip I collected from our family for lunch.
