“Ben and his team crushed it. Pizzas were ready in 15 min on online order. Only waited maybe 3 min to pick up. Cheerful, courteous and professional. Haven't left the parking lot yet and don't even care how the pizzas might taste. Great service.“
“I get pizza maybe once a month. A 1/2 off online-ad pulled me in and I order a large pizza for checkout tonight. I drove up to this store, walked in, gave my name, sat around for a little bit, and got my pizza. It was a normal wait time for me, well within the timeframe the app gave me, but I saw about 6 or 7 people walk into that store while I waited. Some people who did not pay in advance had to experience a cash register issue that the employees handled fairly well in my opinion. I just want to say that the team working tonight was very vocal. Talking and attending to each guest, telling us to enjoy our pizza, to rest assured that someone's pizza was in the oven for that "Well Done" time they requested, making sure to pronounce peoples names right when corrected, apologizing and thanking in-person payers for their patience with the faulty register, etc. You guys are doing great and your respectfulness, customer service, and attention to detail do not go unnoticed!P.s. “I’ve had just a handful of authentic Chicago Deep dish pizzas in the DFW metroplex over the years. Many pizza joints claim to be deep dish but they’re just a glorified pan pizza. Let me tell you, Rosati’s did not disappoint. This was one of the top 5 deep dish pizzas I have ever had. It takes 45 minutes to cook so call ahead, that’s how you know it should be the real deal. I picked my baby up just as she finished cooking. I could see her slowly rolling out of the oven. She went in the box fresh and was too hot for me to eat in the store. There were only two garden tables in the restaurant so you’re not going to do much dinning in. This is definitely a to go or deliver joint. Limited seating aside, this pie is worth the wait/planning ahead. I couldn’t wait to get home. I knew she had cooled off enough to eat. Her aroma had filled the cabin and I couldn’t resist. I pulled into a secluded parking lot and slowly opened her box. She was hot and ready. She had a thin, crispy, flakey, buttery yet sturdy crust. A staple of an authentic deep dish. The layer of mozzarella at the bottom was warm and stringy as I pulled my slice away from the rest of the perfectly cut pizza. The layered toppings covered in Rosati’s marina were too eye appealing and tasted like heaven. Picture perfect. I can’t wait to go back.“
