“They have this mastered! Customer service and excellent in taste and presentation of food! The portions are large and the prices are fair. Plus you get to bring your own wine! I am vegan so they made me whole wheat rigatoni. The pasta texture was perfect and the flavor of the San Marzano tomato sauce was out of this world! My husband had chicken Valdostano Our son had seafood over pasta. We all were very pleased also their salads are humongous so be prepared for that as well as they are delicious and creative! We don’t live here but I can’t wait to come back to southlake again for a business to visit This very special restaurant again!“

“Good upscale pizza spot, even if it is a bit chaotic. Once you finally find parking in this patch of Southlake retail and walk up, the fair-sized covered patio can be pretty inviting. However, if you brave the indoor area, you'll feel like you've stumbled into a college town pizza pub for the middle-aged. The wooden interior and high ceilings combine for a noisy environment once it starts getting busy. After being seated, we watched servers and food runners scurry around from table to table, trying to keep up while simultaneously missing an opportunity to greet us and get drinks started (took a good 5 minutes to reveal who was working our table). But honestly, these are minor gripes in the big picture here. Once they arrived, our server was friendly and quick on the drinks when they weren't rushing between tables. We opted for the family dinner, which is both a good deal and a lot of leftovers if you have 4 people or less. We added a meatball appetizer, and the seasoned meat and marinara went great with the perfectly toasted bread. The pretzel that came with the dinner package was okay, but honestly felt more like a giant, twisted breadstick (the queso that we paid extra for didn't do it any favors, either). The farm style salad was actually really delicious, probably helped by coating the whole bowl with ranch. This is also the point of the dinner when we realized that we needed to hurry up and finish our first course(s), as table real estate was VERY limited for us, and a big pizza was soon to be en route. The Classic Rossa came out piping hot, but still soft enough that toppings were hanging on for dear life as I scarfed each delicious slice. If you're an older pizza fan, or just a family that's had enough CiCi's for a while, you'll like the step up in class this pizza place provides.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza and salads“

“I love this place. The concept is so cool to me and while it may not be new, I can appreciate it wholeheartedly. They have a fantastic happy hour with drinks that get you right!! Get the raspberry lemon drop, trust me. You pay $25 for a 2 appetizers and a cup of lobster bisque, then the main attraction are the pizza people walking around offering you everything from pepperoni to elote to lamb and even dessert pizzas- my favorite is the Nutella OMG *insert drooling emoji here* anytime anyone ask me if I would like to have dinner with them. This is the place that I recommend. It's dinner service only, and a reservation is recommended if you don't want to wait. The bar is small but it's open seating. Just don't take my seat :)“

“It has been years since I’ve had Coal Vines, and this was my first visit to the Southlake location.Very quaint and inviting ambience inside with low light and tabletop candles - somewhat noisy but nice atmosphere.Complimentary zucchini chips were great.Spinach salad was also very good, but would prefer more pear and walnuts and less Gorgonzola, as it is VERY Gorgonzola heavy between the cheese and dressing itself.Pizza was probably the best I’ve had in a long time! Sauce had a perfect flavor, high-quality cheese and the crust has thin, but substantial enough to not be soggy like some neopolitan styles can be.Service was attentive and friendly. Will absolutely come back - I prefer this pizza to the other local options.“

“Joe's Pizza is a Southlake area restaurant that has been serving NYC style pizza for many years. It's a casual restaurant with many large tables, a testimony to all the youth sport groups coming in to share a slice. We have been going to Joe's for 18 years, and their pizza is always delicious. Their Italian main dishes are very generous, so unless you are feeding growing teens, think about splitting a salad and a main dish. I love their spaghetti and all beef meatballs. My son always orders their garlic knots. If you're in the mood for pizza, then head over to Joe's. You'll feel like you're in a NYC pizza parlor.“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brio Italian Grille, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a charming ambiance. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, making me feel welcomed and at home. Now, onto the star of the show: the Gorgonzola Cream Campanelle. It was a culinary masterpiece, each bite bursting with flavor and delight. The creamy Gorgonzola sauce was perfectly balanced, neither too overpowering nor too subtle, just the right amount of tanginess and creaminess. The campanelle pasta was cooked to perfection, providing the ideal canvas for the decadent sauce to shine. Every forkful was a delight to the senses, leaving me craving more even after the last bite.In addition to the exceptional food, the ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall experience. The cozy yet elegant decor created the perfect setting for a memorable meal, whether it's a romantic dinner for two or a gathering with friends and family.Overall, my experience at Brio Italian Grille exceeded all expectations. The Gorgonzola Cream Campanelle was a true standout dish, showcasing the culinary expertise and passion of the chefs. “Food was very good. It had been a number of years since I'd been to a Schlotsky's. I got a chicken, bacon, ranch calzone. There was only two people working so service was a bit slow as the two were having to do both the front of house and back duties. But they were very nice and helpful.“
