Fresh salads, delicious bread, large portions in a romantic, as well as family friendly environment. BYOB, plenty of parking, fast service and very reasonable prices. We recently hosted our daughter’s engagement party at Cafe Italia, with 22 adults and 4 children attending. Everything was perfect! Albert, Arturo, Patty and team were wonderful! Everyone loved it We will always consider Cafe Italia our favorite Grapevine area restaurant.“

Communication was clear and timely, and he was very accommodating when we needed to make adjustments to meet a variety of dietary requirements. Delivery was right on time, and Jay even helped set everything up so everything looked great and was ready to go. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. “My wife and I both had dinner here Saturday. This was the second time we had been there. We both very much enjoyed our meals there. My wife and the chicken cacciatore and I had the pasta trio. The chicken was fresh and cooked perfectly. My pasta was al dente with great tasty marinara sauce and masorella cheese. We both enjoyed meeting Cynthia as she accommodated me walking into the restaurant. The prices were very reasonable also and the service was great. “Honestly, we loved eating at Joe's until last month. We ate there very frequently but all the sudden one of the waiters decided to start making a big deal over my 76 year old mother ordering off the kids menu since they don't have a senior menu, and for my 2 kids ordering off the kids menu. They're 12 & 13. The age was no where on their menus or website. After they started to make a problem out of it we pointed out that nowhere was an age listed on anything so they wrote it on marker on their menus. Strange hill to choose to battle on, that you'd rather give up customers that ate there 1-2 times a week over the ages on kids meals. It's kind of ridiculous. Ive never seen a restaurant care. Either way, that was it for us. The kids were really upset. They loved going there.“

“Recently I had a surprise birthday party for my wife Mary. Owners Mike his wife Ruby son Bes and daughter-in-law Red made the occasion truly a night to remember! They have a beautiful private room in the back of the restaurant and all the food that was prepared was excellent! The Service was first rate. They were very accommodating in letting my friends and Family decorate for the party. The bartender is a fine young man named Steven who is so respectful and helpful, a true asset to the establishment! My wife and I dine at Genti's often and have tried many different dishes and never disappointed! This is a true gem in the area and would highly recommend whether having a wonderful Dinner in the restaurant, having a party or ordering take out. You will truly enjoy!!“

“We tried this place for the 1st time tonight in Addison, TX. We received phenomenal service from our server Cassie. She had expert menu knowledge and assisted us on choosing our dishes. The other staff that delivered the entrees also provided great customer service by providing information about the entree as they were delivering it. Everyone was helpful, polite, and super friendly. “We have been dining at this wonderful family-owned business for for 12 years now. As we have moved farther and farther away, we still make our way over there periodically because their margherita pizza is our all-time favorite. Tonight we went back for first time in over a year and the owner pulled me aside and asked if she could speak to me. She said the last time we were in there (again, over a year ago) they had accidentally mixed up our check with another table and over-charged us by $12.62. She even showed me the checks that she had saved, knowing we would be back. She credited our meal back what we had over-paid a year ago. Y’all! This does not happen! We will always be loyal customers, even though we currently have to drive an hour to get there. Oh! And you can’t go wrong with the margherita pizza (or the spinach ravioli)!“

“My family and I ate here for a special graduation event and I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant! Family friendly, great food, and soooo personable! They don’t make you feel like a herd of cattle getting you in and out fast. They truly really care about your experience while you are eating. Very attentive to fill your drink cups, and replenish rolls. We never go out to eat and live down in Alvarado and my husband said he would definately drive up to eat there again. And he is half Italian that comes from a family that is pretty picky when it comes to Italian food. Great experience and I highly recommend it! 5 stars!“

“Had a great experience at Olive Garden Grapevine location! We haven’t been so happy with other locations in the area but this one did not disappoint. We tried the All You Can Eat Pasta, and everything was really good. The service was prompt, and the wait time was right in line with our booking, which made the whole experience smooth.
