Their portions are plentiful. I hosted my son's graduation dinner there. The staff at Parma's went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, with exceptional service that made us feel truly welcomed. The ambiance and food received high praise from all attendees, making Parma's a highly recommended dining destination.“

“The best Olive Garden location I been too. Been going to this location for 10 years now! The staff is so nice and very smart. They truly care and have great personalities. I order ToGo a lot and never once had an issue. I made a mistake on my order, selected the incorrect soup. The awesome young girl asked if I tried the incorrect one I picked out and I said no. She said its very good and to keep it and try it. Then she proceeded to get me the correct soup. This is top tier service in my book and will keep me coming back every month or more. The managers seem very awesome and support the staff from what I seen so far. They dont seem like just managers, they are leaders. Very happy!!!“

“Terrible food. They are a disappointment to Chicago pizza and the franchise. Poor ownership and management. I've reached out to not only the owners, but Rosati's corporate as well and both failed to address my concerns and complaints adequately. The pizza literally looks like it was pulled form the garbage and repurposed.“
