Just went back to Chicken Express, and wow, it’s seriously very good! Their chicken is always spot on super crispy and juicy, exactly what you want. And those corn nuggets? They're amazing, perfectly sweet and savory. I could probably eat a whole basket of them myself! And don’t get me started on the great customer service. Like, today, Andrea was working, and she is super friendly and quick. She always makes sure you feel welcome and get your order right, which just...read full review
It was my first time visiting Chicken Express, and I must say, the chicken was incredibly crispy and juicy. However, what truly made my visit so special was the amazing customer service. As soon as I stepped inside, Andrea greeted me with a warm and inviting smile that instantly brightened my day. Despite my indecision about what to order, Andrea patiently guided me through the menu, answering all my questions and ensuring that I had everything I needed before I left. Whoever the older lady is working the drive thru window right at this very moment is super rude and my experience today with her is the reason why I will not be spending my money at this location.

Chicken Express offers a mixed dining experience. While many customers praise the restaurant's consistently warm, moist, and fresh chicken, along with the great food and tea, others have reported issues with rude drive-thru workers and the high prices compared to other options. Some customers have found the coleslaw too horseradishy, and there have been complaints about the size of the chicken strips being smaller than usual. Although the drinks are usually correct, there have been instances of mixed-up orders. However, the friendly staff, like the older lady in the drive-thru and Chris, who helped resolve order issues, contribute positively to the experience. Overall, Chicken Express seems to provide satisfactory chicken, but the customer service and value for money may vary.
