This was...honestly one of the worst times I've ever eaten at Chipotle. We Dash'd the food so never went in store, but the tortilla was crunchy somehow and falling apart, it was filled only about 2/3 of what a normal burito from here typically is and while it was a Dash issue looking at the receipt, missing the meat I thought I had ordered...My wife's Bowl the white rice was also crunchy, kinda like they were scraping the bottom of the warming try. The food was fine but the service at this location leaves something to be desired. They were out of lids, out of all silverware, and out of napkins. Many of the tables were still dirty too They were not busy and while we were there, every time there was no one in line, they just stood at the front and talked instead of refilling what needed it. Just left here and was in and out in less than a minute. The crew working was so on point it actually blew my mind. Lobby full of happy customers and the whole team working together. Just made my whole day, thank you.
