Starbucks in general is getting way to expensive! At this location the actual price charged is more expensive than what their menu states and $.70 just to switch to oat milk. Do they deduct any if you want to leave off the whipped topping, no! So why charge that much for a different milk that is more common now than it has ever been. A grande iced PSL says $5.95 on the menu but I was charged $6.25 plus $.70 for oat milk. When I mentioned this to them they didn't seem to care...read full review

My experience at this Starbucks is usually good. The customer service is friendly, and they work quickly to prepare your order. The issue yesterday on 8/16/23, was that I only had cash on me, a $50 bill, and unfortunately because they had changed tills, she couldn’t place my order. As a regular customer, this was very disappointing and frustrating. I came in with my son, Paul, today and we experienced great customer service! Tatum got to our order very quickly, and got our drinks done correctly the 1st time.Thank you Tatum, and thank you Starbucks.
