“Me and my family always come here we never had a bad experience until yesterday, when we ordered 3 drinks during happy hour, the lady said okay is you order complete please pull forward ,We did the young man at the window, give us our straws, then he handed me 2 drinks and I said, I ordered 3 drinks and he goes well , I was only communicated 2 and I was like. Well, that's not what I told the lady and he goes well, I'll be another $6 for that third drink and I was like no, we were told one thing and came up gave us a total so then I pulled around and I called and the lady who answered the phone, said the same thing that is not right. And that's not good customer service.“

It’s been a while since I last wrote a review, but this place truly deserves it ✨
The atmosphere is calm and very comfortable, and the place is clean and well organized. The coffee was excellent with a well-balanced flavor, and you can clearly see the attention to detail. The cheese croissant was absolutely delicious and very fresh.
The service was friendly and fast, and overall it was a very pleasant experience that I would definitely repeat.
Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys quiet and elegant places ☕🤍“

“The huevos rancheros were amazing! The portion sizes were solid and the server was fast and friendly. The style of the restaurant is really cute as it gives old school dinner with a modern revamp. The parking validation confused me a little, but the food is worth it.“

“The beverages and breakfast food are so yummy! We got the steak, egg, and hash brown breakfast burrito and it was incredible!! It’s a huge portion and full of flavor. We also got two of the waffles (yum!) and the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The bread on the sandwich is thick and the eggs are cooked very well! The breakfast items are each very filling. We tried three different beverages. The matcha with Dulce de leche was genuinely the best matcha I’ve ever had!! (I’ve tried so many at other places). The second beverage was the iced horchata latte and it was so good we bought a second one for the road! The third beverage was the iced dirty chai with dulce de leche and it had the best deep flavor!! The dirty chai our way is perfect for someone that likes a stronger brew and flavor profile! 10/10 strongly recommend Cafe x Jose, we can’t wait to come back!!! (Also they put cute hearts over the i in my name and that was so adorable, we love a girly pop <3)“

Madelyn, one of the baristas, is so kind and personable! She remembers my coffee order and makes you feel like more than just another customer. It feels like family. Also, I get my same coffee order at several local coffee shops and Carters does it best! Cannot recommend it enough!“

“I’ve visited several Pax locations and really enjoyed this one as well. I tried the Pegasus Latte (the drink of the month) and liked it. Wish I hadn’t finished it so quickly lol. He made excellent recommendations, checked in at all the right times without ever being intrusive, and handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude.
