“When you walk in it's more like a restaurant than a coffee shop and everyone is super kind and the atmosphere is kind of a nostalgic restaurant type or like an old diner feel and definitely worth the visit I would stay away from the muffins but everything else is pretty good“

The young lady that took my order recommended the drinks I ended up going with. I ordered their strawberry matcha with oat milk and strawberry cold foam as well as their horchata latte.

Their strawberry matcha with oat milk and their strawberry cold foam was so good and had the perfect amount of sweetness. It wasn't overbearing, and I finished it so quickly, after I took pictures, of course. 5/5. Their horchata latte was creamy, and I tasted the cinnamon, hints of rice and the espresso, and it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. It was a perfect combo for sure. 5/5. Both my drinks were exquisite, and their customer service was great.

The exterior was so pretty, but it was a hot day today, so plan accordingly with this weather. They have a few tables set up, and it gives summer vibes for sure. There are also three porta-potties that are yellow.

You can always call to order ahead so you can grab and go if that is what you'd like. Definitely stop by if you haven't because their drinks are delicious.“

“My favorite location with my favorite broistas! Service is usually faster, friendly and consistent to standards. Customers need to read and use the second lane to avoid backing up traffic. There’s a sign that says “choose the shortest lane”. If a broista is not outside taking orders then it’s a universal understanding that you start merging in zigzag form to order at the window. Don’t be jerks and not let other cars merge. If both lanes are open, use them instead of backing up traffic. 🐾“

“Delicious 😋 I am a cake donut girl through and through and these are the perfect size with the perfect amount of toppings and the donut itself is pillowy in the inside and slightly crispy on the outside and not too sweet so the toppings don't overwhelm you.

“I went to get some gelato earlier today and was greeted by the most lovely lady, I believe her name was Suri. She scooped my gelato with ease and formed it into a rose like no other. It looked so real I tried to sniff it instead of lick it LOL😂 suri had the most amazing customer service and treated me like family. “I seriously don’t know what all the fuss is about as I read the reviews taking about “nobody being nice” and everything about hospitality. Now, don’t get me wrong, I think every business should be nice and show some love, but when it comes to this 7Brew I’ve never had a problem with “not nice” workers and frankly, I wouldn’t even be mad if they weren’t the most nice they could be, because they’re out there in the blazing heat taking coffee orders with a huge line waiting for them. I’m a barista myself and although I’m not saying they should be rude or inconsiderate, I am saying that it really doesn’t matter if they didn’t give me the biggest smile and didn’t chat me up the whole time. They don’t even get paid that much for you to be expecting restaurant service, this is a coffee place! I’d rather them take my order, go back into the AC, and then get my drink out fast.

They have always gotten my order right and yummy every single time, in a speedy time too. I’m more than happy with my service at this 7Brew and the workers here should be proud of their efforts in this hot hot hot sun!!! I’m immediately irritated as soon as I step out into this heat (lol) so honestly kudos to them for still managing to have a good customer service voice and smile despite it. As always, keep the hospitality up and does it hurt to chat a bit or be a little chipper? No, but that doesn’t mean you HAVE to every single hour of the shift. It’s okay if this 7Brew isn’t chipper 24/7, that’s not what I come here for!
