“Great coffee, great service! As a Midwesterner, I was excited to try Caribou again a couple of months ago. Every since, I’ve been going three or four days a week in the morning for work. I ordered through the app, which is quick and easy, and pick up at the drive-through window. Evans, the manager, and his team greet me by name with a smile! My drink is always consistently good and you can’t beat the service! I will continue to return!“
“I was at the drive thru window waiting for my drink and it took longer then expected. when the cashier came to the window and surprised me with your drink is on us. I don't know what happen to cause it but, with that type of customer service I will keep on coming back. thank you“

“Not sure if someone took the day off and left them short staffed, but getting human service was extremely slow. The food tasted great but fish sandwich was served with an overflowing ridiculous amount of tartar sauce and the bottom bun was folded in half, so that was a mess in the car.
Road trippers might want to plan for a longer wait time if they stop here.“

“I've been going here for almost 3 years and won't go anywhere else. The selection of sugar free options is vast. I'm a type 1 diabetic and always get my coffee prepared correctly. The staff makes you feel like family. Way better than Starbucks or Dutch Bros and not as expensive.“

“I have been coming here for months and have not been disappointed not one time. If you are looking for a sweet treat or a refreshing drink. THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME!!! They treat like family rather than just a customer. I pray they expand soon because everyone deserves to try great food and great service. The Dream waffle is literally a dream!!!! “So amazing I’m shocked, the cinnamon cardamom muffin was to die for and we loved the matchas we ordered so much the flavor was delicious and we loved how everything was homemade they do an exceptional job, def worth trying we will be back next time we visit forth worth for sure!“
