Michelle is awesome at her job. Me and my wife go to this store every weekday on our way to pick our daughter up from school. It seems like she is always there. My only question is why she hasn’t made a shift lead? She knows her job very well. Very personable, and as a manager myself I think she has all the qualities to make a great leader.
Michelle is just a fantastic associate, and a great asset to the team. Michelle continues to show excellent leadership & customer service skills at every visit. Michelle greets all customers with a friendly smile, and very knowledgeable of all products offered. I’ve tried several new things due to her suggestions. I love the coffee this has been my favorite coffee place ever but recently they changed things and the large cup size has changed which is eh disappointing. Some things don’t need to change especially when it’s soo good. Hopefully they might go back to the old cups at least!
