“I had a great experience here tonight! There were two younger gentleman working inside- they need a raise. We came to pick up our food and they noticed our fries looked old and cold, they said “hold on we can’t let you go with fries like that, we wouldn’t want to eat those. Let us make you some fresh fries” THAT is good customer service, that’s what makes people want to go back. We are constantly getting cold gross fries anywhere we go, and they cost a lot of money so it’s very disappointing when they are inedible. It’s nice to finally have an employee go out of their way to make sure the customer has a great experience.“
