On occasions when we utilize the drive-thru due to time constraints, the service remains efficient, and the window staff are consistently pleasant and welcoming. We are always afforded the opportunity to verify our order before departing, and the cashier ensures the window remains open during this process.“

“I love coming to Our Place. Food is always good! Everything comes out hot and the portions are great! Their breakfast has a wide selection and the waffles are awesome! They serve lunch too and of course their chicken fried steak is really good. I usually get their breakfast but next time I'll try a sandwich or a burger. Servers are always nice and attentive. Myra was my server today Thursday. She was awesome! I will always come back. Highly recommend trying this place out!!!“

“Write a google review for e restaurant we had my son’s 30th birthday brunch. Everyone was very helpful, and food was good! Wish we had a server that was more attentive were we did not have to get our own coffees and a waitress I could find easily. I will say that management helped a lot but I wish we had a waitress that was more available. Now for the location that they put us in it was amazing, but my problem was is when the door was shut it made it hard to hear everybody. I would recommended a party here but suggest these options.“

“Delicious 😋 I am a cake donut girl through and through and these are the perfect size with the perfect amount of toppings and the donut itself is pillowy in the inside and slightly crispy on the outside and not too sweet so the toppings don't overwhelm you.
They have a few tables inside and outside.
They serve coffee and ice team and a few tea options as well. Come check it out.

“I went to get some gelato earlier today and was greeted by the most lovely lady, I believe her name was Suri. She scooped my gelato with ease and formed it into a rose like no other. It looked so real I tried to sniff it instead of lick it LOL😂 suri had the most amazing customer service and treated me like family. “I’ve been wanting to try Townes Coffee for a while and finally had a chance to today. The line for the drive thru was decent so I parked and went in. After some discussion, I got The Fort made at half the sweetness and it was perfect! So glad that’s an option. I like sweet but not overly sweet coffee. My son tried the strawberry shortcake soda and he said it was very good. Definitively will be back to try more and to get the bucket!“

Maybe I don't understand the pick up process and ordering ahead online. The staff is great, but when I place an order for pickup up it's never ready, and I end up waiting another 10-15 mins past the scheduled time.

Just schedule WAY ahead if you need to be at work.“

“I placed an order ahead ONLINE thru the App, at 7:30 am. The app said my order would be ready at 7:38. I get there and my 1 drink is not ready. There were OVER 6 employees here making drinks and in the drive thru this particular morning. They were focusing only on drive thru orders. I stood waiting for my 1 drink for 20 MINUTES! It was 8 AM when I'd finally received my drink, that had been skipped over for 30 entire minutes! No one gave an apology for having me wait 30 minutes for 1 drink. Store located on Hulen and Ledgestone. Don't think I'll come back or continue to use the app ..“

“I come to get the tea here almost daily. Today, I stopped in with my husband as usual for tea. I brought an empty styrofoam cup I had from sonic to stop at Quick Trip to put ice in it, but had an idea to fill it with ice at HTeaO, rather than having to make another stop on the way home at Quick Trip. The cashier was going to charge me .95 for the ice, but I told her, I brought my own cup and I only needed ice. I said, I have my own cup, and she looked at me smugly and said, but it's their ice. So my husband poured it out and we went to a Quick Trip to fill my cup with ice. As always, they gave me ice with a smile on their face and that is just one reason why I love Quick Trip. I really like the tea at HTeaO, but I think I'll go back to McAlister's for tea after being treated so rudely over frozen water.“

“I came here with my grandmother to learn to play a new game. We'd gone there to learn to get us both out of the house, and it'll definitely become our new thing to do. The employees were amazing. Above and beyond customer service and was very helpful to my grand who was trying Starbucks for the first time. They really listened and took the time to explain things to her and recommended a great first try! It was refreshing to not just be welcomed, but actually feel welcomed! “Such an exciting place to have in a small town atmosphere. The owner and his family have gone to great lengths to make this a fun atmosphere with games and comfortable seating. The drinks are out of this world. So many amazing flavors and adaptations which fit any taste or interest. It’s been a great addition to our town. You can order drinks with or without sugar, protein enhanced and even frozen fruit if someone prefers. The ramen noodles are one of those menu items you think wouldn’t mix but are fun and filling, especially when you’re on the go.“

“I met Paetyn a little over a year ago when I started stopping in during my recovery walks from a stroke. She is always bubbly in her greetings. I don’t drink coffee so I’ve never tried the products they serve but the atmosphere at the store when she is there is always welcoming“

I came and visited TCU this month, and Libby gave me the best experience, the best shake rec, and honestly, a will to live. I am now submitting my transfer application to TCU just for this shake smart (the place I call home) and the impeccable service from Libby.“
