These people that work here have become my FRIENDS!! They take such good care of me and know me by name, write cute notes on my coffee. They took the time to ask me about my life, and I with theirs. I only buy my coffee here.
I came to the Joshua location for a frappe, and I ordered the Caramel Ribbon Crunch. I was disappointed in the large quantity of ice and the little amount of flavor. I called to let the employees know , and I spoke with Erin. She was super apologetic and replaced it with another for my next visit. I was very pleased when I returned the following week for my remake and to speak with Erin again!
