My kids and I always love getting boba, but recently we got ramen also and it was delicious!! We came in just before closing and Zachary let us order ramen with cheer despite the fact the prep would go well past closing. The ramen was prepared with care and pride and enjoyed immensely.
Very friendly and welcoming, gives great suggestions when you’re not sure! 10/10 we will be back!
Fun place to have endless choices of drinks and comfortable atmosphere with great music. Nice place to enjoy some boba tea and chill out. ☕️😁

UniverseTea of Keene offers top notch ramen with a miso broth that is incredibly flavorful and rich, plus noodles on point and a chicken option with chicken thigh meat. The gyoza is legit, and drinks like boba Thai tea are delicious and creamy. The watermelon slush is the best ever, and the matcha is delicious. The atmosphere is positive energy with a mellow flow, low lighting, relaxing music, comfortable chairs, and lots of couches. The vibe is very relaxing, calm, and cozy, making it a safe space. Customer service is very good, with friendly employees like Naz, Jade, and Zack who are helpful and kind. It is a great place to grab a cold drink and chill, with amazing exotic drinks and the best service.
