We ordered online. Used pizza tracker, and it said order was ready. I walked into store to pick up order and was informed that although my pizza was ready, the Jalapeño Bacon Bread was just put on to bake. So my pizza is sitting in a box, waiting for my bread to cook. The guy and gal there went back to the office. The call center got our order wrong but Brian from the store in Joshua fixed it and used coupons. Order went from $70 to $40 Thanks Brian. Everyone from the manager, Brian and Leon our driver was fast, professional and it was quick, hot and exactly what we ordered. Good job team.

We eat here so much...so much that I'm legit impressed that we haven't had even 1 bad experience. Statistically speaking..that should have happened by now. Great job/ Great pizza. Yum!!Parking: No issues
