Chicken Express remains a popular choice for many, offering generous portions at reasonable prices. Despite a recent increase in prices, the restaurant still delivers delicious, well-prepared meals. The friendly staff, including helpful employees like Taylor, go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, even rectifying any mistakes with a smile. Customers appreciate the honesty and integrity of the team, with one reviewer praising an employee for promptly returning extra change. The restaurant's drive-thru service is also commended, with staff treating both customers and their pets with care. While the express aspect of the name may not always align with the wait time, Chicken Express continues to be a go-to spot for tasty meals.
