“Great and friendly service, and the food was alright (not really my style but my best friend wanted it and she was paying so I will not complain). The stuff in the store attached seemed a bit tacky to me but it's likely just my taste in things. Overall I mean yes I would eat there again if a friend or family member really wanted to go, it's just not my style ??♀️. If you do like cracker barrel then yes I'd recommend this location. They are family friendly as well so that's a plus.“
“I met Kristin this week who is the manager at the Cleburne location. She promptly seated me when other staff was busy, took my drink order and asked if I would like to order an appetizer. Then, Caleb was my waiter and took my order. My food arrived promptly and was good. Kristin checked back with me a couple of times during my visit to make sure everything was OK. I appreciated Kristin checking with me as it seems that dining alone "anywhere" usually receives minimal service.“
“The food is always fresh and delicious. Their sides are all great too! I tried the broccoli salad, grape salad and my daughter gets the Mac & cheese!! Service is good and the place is kept up really nice. I've been there several times and always enjoy the ambiance. Prices are good making it a place you'll enjoy all around. Give it a try!“
“Burleson has lots of food options in concentrated area. We chose to stop in one our favorite homestyle spots. Cotton patch Cafe will not disappoint. Our service was prompt ,courteous and friendly. Food came out quickly, everything was great. If you've need tried this place your missing out. Can't go wrong with any menu item.“
“It has been a while since I’ve had an WOW! experience at this location I would like to brag about. Today I used the drive thru to pick up an order for my family and Eden was very nice and kind. She was just warm and overall pleasant. I left and when I got home I found that I didn’t have my French fries I ordered. I was upset, but after returning and letting the two girls in the drive thru know what happened I was pleasantly surprised. Kristin? Could be wrong name, welcomed me at the window and was ready to reconcile the mistake. I let her know I did revise my order and I apologized. She made no excuses and was happy to fulfill my request for the French fries. It came out quick o the original order and the fries. Both ladies were extremely kind with me and I let them know they were the friendliest people there I’ve encountered in a while. I hope this reaches them and their bosses.
