“My husband and I second visit at this restaurant. Definitely delicious home cooked meal. We enjoyed the catfish, wings, collards, mac&cheese, cream corn, grape koolaid, banana cheesecake, and strawberry cake. We will definitely return. The food is seasoned just right. My husband and I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Slim Chickens! We came here tonight for the first time. It was a pre-pandemic experience! The salt and pepper was out. All the napkins and lids and straws and plastic ware. Everything other places now hoard behind the counter and grumble to give you… Slim Chickens gives you! And with a smile!! Great great place.“

“I was so excited to fine a Black-eyed Pea still in existence in the DFW area. The food was just as good as I remember it. I had the Southwest Casserole with Red Beans & Rice and Cinnamon Apples. The beans and rice were smokey flavored and delicious.
Service was professional and pleasant. And the atmosphere was fantastic.
Great value for the money. Huge portions. Lots of parking.“

“The kid with blonde hair and an earring needs a raise. I’ve been going to cheddars for well over twenty years and they are always great, we are semi regulars. I’ve seen this employee a few times and he’s always so sweet. There was an issue with my order (it turned out not to be an issue). He offered me a drink while I waited at curbside pick up and I just felt like that was above and beyond. Keep doing your thing, guy!“

“So I go to this Chadders ALL THE TIME since moving to Grand Prairie 🙃 now to say that 😑 😒 today was different I got after the time ⏲ to make sure we didn't have to wait and STILL ended up waiting almost 20 extra minutes then called inside to be told it was on the way gave them 15 minutes just to walk in to get the food just so the man at the pick up register to say they where backed up but my food was ready cause he passed it to me... I really did not want to reward our food and HAD TO DO SO.Crazy cause that is way ordered online before picking up my baby“
