The food is always decent here, they have great sides. It's one of our favorite chains, but this location is always mostly empty and the last time we went they butterflied a fillet mignon steak. It was so chewy I couldn't eat it. I hope they told their kitchen staff to not do this again, and possibly retrain them on how to cook a decent steak.
Breading on the chicken fried chicken was very hard, almost teeth breaking, it was like over cooked corn flakes. This was my 2nd time trying them. First time I tried, I had the catfish that wasn't cooked all the way and they used fish fry, which turns golden before the fish is done. All it takes is seasoned flour and egg wash for chicken.
