I go to Chili's once or twice a month. Here lately at least once a week. It's the one place that still has good food at a good price.
I went to pick up my order since it wasnt ready I had to wait.
I saw when one of the waiters had a plate ready and I guess the plate was not supposed to have fries because he removed the fries from the plate with his bare hands and put them back on a tray where they keep the fries. A few minutes later a lady came and grabbed the fries with a fry scooper and served them on someone else’s plate.

Hadn't been to Chili's for several months, and never to this one in Mansfield TX. Pleasantly surprised. Friendly greeters at the door; no wait for booth; Friendly server; food came out pretty quickly and excellent quality. All around good experience.
