Service is always on point. You wouldn't expect a Cheddar's to have such a positive and consistent wait staff, but here they are. Food is always good, showing that the back of the house is also consistently on the ball. On rare occasion, they'll be out of a menu item, but the wait staff can't be blamed for that. They can get on a wait during weekend dinner rush times, but the wait times are never too long. Overall, a hidden gem in Grand Prairie.
I upgraded my steak to a 8oz. But when I finally got it .....It looked like a 2oz. Hockey puck although I asked for it to be well done it felt like jerky ....the only reason I didn't send it back I was on my way to work and didn't have the extra time to wait but the soup was

The food is great but the service is horrible. Our service only checked on us three times and didn't bring out our queso we ordered. Felt like it took forever to get our bar drinks. The bartender was taking their time and rather talk to other employees then make drinks. I will never go back to this restaurant.
