The waitress with RED HAIR A Caucasian lady waited us did not give us her name. Slammed our bread on the table along with the extra plates on the table. A big boom! Put over our food which is very cold.It looked like I had been sitting for a good 15 minutes out in the open French fries.So cold you can almost choke on them. The tip on next to us for all caucasians.And they were treated so good, so I felt like she was just being very prejudiced towards us for whatever reason.Cause she gave us the worst service.I have ever experienced and on my birthday.I let her know as soon as I walked in.It's my birthday.I'm eating with my daughter and it's like her attitude change so mean. The glass at the boots are always dirty. Fingerprints all over the door frame. The restroom smell like sewer. In all THIS RESTAURANT IS TERRIBLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Restrooms are located in the bar area to the left side as you enter the restaurant. Girls restroom has 3 stalls. It was a 30 minute wait on a Saturday around 5pm. Service was great and food and drinks were delicious. There was alot of people but it doesn't feel crowded.
Rather disappointing. They were out of the item my husband wanted to order. The server couldn't understand why we were surprised to get our entree before the salad.

I feel like I’m giving too much credit giving it one star. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Took over an hour to get food, took 20 min for a server to even talk to us and there was only 3 other tables of people eating. I love cheddars but this one in particular ruined cheddars for me. I will never come back here, if you are reading this. Avoid at all costs. Food was burnt after waiting over an hour for it. Servers inattentive, manager rude. DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT

Nice relaxing atmosphere. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and arrived at the table in a reasonable amount of time.
The food is great but the service is horrible. Our service only checked on us three times and didn't bring out our queso we ordered. Felt like it took forever to get our bar drinks. The bartender was taking their time and rather talk to other employees then make drinks. I will never go back to this restaurant.

Service is always on point. You wouldn't expect a Cheddar's to have such a positive and consistent wait staff, but here they are. Food is always good, showing that the back of the house is also consistently on the ball. On rare occasion, they'll be out of a menu item, but the wait staff can't be blamed for that. They can get on a wait during weekend dinner rush times, but the wait times are never too long. Overall, a hidden gem in Grand Prairie.
The wait is ALWAYS LONG and the only good thing here is the croissants!

I upgraded my steak to a 8oz. But when I finally got it .....It looked like a 2oz. Hockey puck although I asked for it to be well done it felt like jerky ....the only reason I didn't send it back I was on my way to work and didn't have the extra time to wait but the soup was
