Been here 3 times over last few weeks, they never fill the cup, leaving like an inch to the top empty. For some reason none of the employees know how to use cold foam, they put like a spoonful of clumpy foam on the drink instead of a solid layer. The last 2 times I've gone the employees don't ask me if I want tip or tell me my total.
