Went with my daughter for the Boba promotion. Got 2 different Boba's. The actual Boba's were ok, nothing special... But the worst thing was they didn't have Boba straws! So you get your drink and your unable to enjoy the actual Boba because it won't fit through the straw they give you. Had to wait until I got home, take the lid off, and eat the Boba with a spoon. Not cool. Somebody clearly didn't think through this promotion. If you're going to run a Boba promotion, you need to be able to execute it.

I ordered a nitro. I think I just got a cold brew. Doesn’t look anything like the nitro pictured in their app. Looks just like a cold brew. I paid $5 for a small drink. Think I’ll stick with my Starbucks. At least I know that I’m getting what I asked for.

It was my birthday this month so I came by to get my free drink (yes I’m a Dutch bros rewards member) My bday is on the 10th of february and i even tried to show my drivers license and my app but the girl who worked there (Celeste) was very rude and denied me my free drink. I didn’t want to cause trouble for them so I just went to another location and they gave me no trouble whatsoever, didn’t even ask for my license when I offered. Someone needs to teach that girl Celeste some customer service !!!

Been here 3 times over last few weeks, they never fill the cup, leaving like an inch to the top empty. For some reason none of the employees know how to use cold foam, they put like a spoonful of clumpy foam on the drink instead of a solid layer. The last 2 times I've gone the employees don't ask me if I want tip or tell me my total. Which is sus bc I ordered a large rebel both times and was charged around $9 when I later looked at my balance in the app. Either the rebels have gone up in price at only this location by $3 or the dude at the window is giving himself whatever tip he sees fit.
Very slow, I sat in the line for 40 minutes bc I couldn't get out of the line. I get up to the window, I ordered a hazelnut truffle mocha, and they gave me a hazelnut latte...where's the mocha? Literally what a huge waste of my life today. On top of the fact that one of the girls was like coughing up a lung, girl, stay home if youre sick?? Don't handle people's drinks!

They’re nice and the drinks are great… but this is by far the slowest location I have ever been to. I have never seen any drive thru place move so slowly. Lots of young kids playing and enjoying work, but being punctual still matters.

Very disappointed in this stand. I ordered 3 drinks and none of them tasted right. The one that was most disappointing was the sour candy rebel. They were out of the sour candy flavoring. No problem because they substituted with something else. But there was no soft top or candy on top. The other 2 were missing syrups that were supposed to be added.

I've ordered the Iced Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée multiple times and it seems pretty inconsistent. The one I got today was SUPER bitter unfortunately.
