I told him I would try it and it worked the other 2 ladies there were very genuine when I was leaving and said thank you. The snack wrap I had was good and the smoothie was great. I would try it again but unfortunately only gave it 4 stars because of my first impression with the manager and not so welcoming in tge beginning of my experience.“

“I visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe today and overall the food and smoothies were really good. Everything tasted fresh and the service from most of the staff was great. However, I did notice something that made the experience a little uncomfortable. The manager on shift (I don’t know her name, but she was a tall woman with a darker complexion) was being very rude to one of the employees. The employee was very kind and polite the entire time, but the manager was speaking to her in a harsh and disrespectful way. At one point she even scolded her for going to the bathroom, which didn’t seem fair because that’s something people can’t always control. I just wanted to mention this because the employee was doing her best and remained very respectful. I hope management can make sure the staff are treated kindly, because the rest of the experience and the food were great.“

“My favorite location with my favorite broistas! Service is usually faster, friendly and consistent to standards. Customers need to read and use the second lane to avoid backing up traffic. There’s a sign that says “choose the shortest lane”. If a broista is not outside taking orders then it’s a universal understanding that you start merging in zigzag form to order at the window. Don’t be jerks and not let other cars merge. If both lanes are open, use them instead of backing up traffic. 🐾“

It was a couple minutes before she finished what looked like a very delightful order for the couple ahead of us. My sons ordered a #9 takilocos and my daughter had a mangonada and there was a little confusion as to what a takilocos was supposed to be. (And to be fair it's kinda open to interpretation even on the internets) so I kindly explained what he wanted and we were rung up for another.Very well done btw. Thanks again. “Just started coming to Pressed around 2 weeks ago. Definitely a staple spot after morning runs. The first time I came in I was greeted by Liz. She’s the best seriously. As many times as we’ve been already she encouraged us to get the app, and sign up for the VIP. Little did we know how many benefits we’d get from that. They have a sample cart so you can taste the drinks before you purchase which is amazing. Everything is pretty decently priced and the juices are delicious. But Liz though shes the one that makes the whole experience worth it! ❤️“

“Excellent spot for a great smoothie and snack. My wife wanted me to try their Chia Oatmeal Bowl... I'm glad she did because it was amazing! Super fresh ingredients that combined for a grade A snack. We also got smoothies since we were there. Mine didn't make it out of the car because I couldn't stop sipping. I'll be back for more!“
