“I'm hoping management can reach out to me. Im here every single day. Whomever the lady is working this morning Jan 13th I need to follow up with regarding issues.

Im late, order ahead everyday, train made everyone late. Then I get here. The smoothie is not correct (I order the same one everyday for months) and she tried to validate how she did do it correct. It was wrong color and taste completely. But the biggest issue, I was at the front yelling for someone to come up while im late and I can hear her in the back on her phone what sounded like behind a closed door having a full conversation. So shes so focused on her phone, I cant get my order fixed to get to work and now I'm affected further because I couldnt get her to come up. Then to give me excuses instead of owning up to she messed up.

But it may not have been messed up if she'd be more focused on her job rather than her phone.

Im here everyday and ive never had this issue and hope to follow up with someone.

“Love this place! I have to stop every time I am in the area. My first stop there, I had an associate take the time to explain every coffee selection I asked about. The coffee is GREAT and the price is very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Love the atmosphere! Love that I can sit outside with a group of my friends, enjoy some good music and a great cup of coffee or two!“

“Came in as a first time customer and what I believe was the manager had a very snarky attitude when I told him I had a tmobile coupon he said I would have to redeem through online and I wouldn't be able to get it if I have never had an account before until 24hrs have passed. I told him I would try it and it worked the other 2 ladies there were very genuine when I was leaving and said thank you. The snack wrap I had was good and the smoothie was great. I would try it again but unfortunately only gave it 4 stars because of my first impression with the manager and not so welcoming in tge beginning of my experience.“

“Great coffee, great service! As a Midwesterner, I was excited to try Caribou again a couple of months ago. Every since, I’ve been going three or four days a week in the morning for work. I ordered through the app, which is quick and easy, and pick up at the drive-through window. Evans, the manager, and his team greet me by name with a smile! My drink is always consistently good and you can’t beat the service! I will continue to return!“

My daughter was struggling to decide what she wanted and the person taking our order asked her probing questions (like what's your favorite candy, lemonade flavor, lollipop flavor) to help her decide what to get! “My favorite location with my favorite broistas! Service is usually faster, friendly and consistent to standards. Customers need to read and use the second lane to avoid backing up traffic. There’s a sign that says “choose the shortest lane”. If a broista is not outside taking orders then it’s a universal understanding that you start merging in zigzag form to order at the window. Don’t be jerks and not let other cars merge. If both lanes are open, use them instead of backing up traffic. 🐾“

“My son & I stopped by yesterday evening, 4-24-25 around 7 pm. Line was crazy long but my son really wanted a protein drink, trying to bulk, so we stayed in line with 8 cars in front of us. When we got to the ordering speaker, we told her 3x what we were wanting. Got to window, 2 diff ladies confirmed again with is what we wanted. We got our order but one drink was just pure protein without the strawberry. Basically was half full and taste terrible. We went in today to see what went wrong. The young gentleman, Ben, listened very politely to our experience & remade our drink & even making it a larger size. I was of course very cordial & he was extremely nice & explained why they were so busy (short staff) yesterday. The place was dirty. Table and floor were dirty. They were staff with plenty of employees. Restroom was not clean. No tissue paper & the trash was over flowing. The restroom seems like it needed to be disinfected. Stinky stinky.“

“Ive been going to this location practically daily since the grand opening! I get the rebels, I haven’t found 1 that I haven’t liked. I was recommended a flavor by one of the workers that usually takes my order and I’ve been pleased with the drink. I’ve never been met with anything but the best personalities that will always bring a little joy to the day no matter how rough it may be. I do however have 2 favorite workers as they been feeding my unhealthy addiction to caffeine since this location opened. I wish I knew their names to personally thank them. 12/30-12/31 5am crew to narrow it down. Y’all guys rock and have made the past couple days start off great and keeping me alive while making this mornings drive up to OKC to catch my bus to my show tonight! I highly recommend this location as I’ve been to a few across the country and this is by far the best one.“
