Isaac is the goat, my usual peanut paradise is perfect every time
I’m leaving this review because I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Isaac during my visit. Unfortunately, the way I was spoken to was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. I was respectful throughout the interaction and expected the same in return as a customer. Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers great tasting smoothies and fresh food, with friendly customer service. Despite the lack of a drive-through at one location, the overall experience was positive. The staff, including the General Manager and Assistant Manager, contribute to the professional atmosphere and excellent service. The cafe is kid-friendly, with good music and ample parking available.
