“I'm hoping management can reach out to me. Im here every single day. Whomever the lady is working this morning Jan 13th I need to follow up with regarding issues.

Im late, order ahead everyday, train made everyone late. Then I get here. The smoothie is not correct (I order the same one everyday for months) and she tried to validate how she did do it correct. It was wrong color and taste completely. But the biggest issue, I was at the front yelling for someone to come up while im late and I can hear her in the back on her phone what sounded like behind a closed door having a full conversation. So shes so focused on her phone, I cant get my order fixed to get to work and now I'm affected further because I couldnt get her to come up. Then to give me excuses instead of owning up to she messed up.

But it may not have been messed up if she'd be more focused on her job rather than her phone.

Im here everyday and ive never had this issue and hope to follow up with someone.

“I was looking for a donut shop near my office in Grapevine and came across SWEET SPOT in my GOOGLE search. They had a rating of 4.8 so I decided to give then a try. The people at the counter who I assumed are the owners were very pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere was nice and bright and fairly typical of a small donut shop. Their shop held a wide variety of options from which to choose, including a couple versions of Kolaches. I chose one of their sausage rolls and an apple fritter and they were both fresh and delicious. I also noticed as an added perk that they hand out small bags of donut holes to customers purchasing larger orders which I thought is a nice touch. I have a donut shop near my home in Keller that does something equally nice and I believe it demonstrates a genuine appreciation for the customers they serve.“

The staff is always upbeat and gracious and make sure to listen when I say I have a nut allergy so to substitute them in my smoothie. The manager remembers me and is great! “Came in as a first time customer and what I believe was the manager had a very snarky attitude when I told him I had a tmobile coupon he said I would have to redeem through online and I wouldn't be able to get it if I have never had an account before until 24hrs have passed. I told him I would try it and it worked the other 2 ladies there were very genuine when I was leaving and said thank you. The snack wrap I had was good and the smoothie was great. I would try it again but unfortunately only gave it 4 stars because of my first impression with the manager and not so welcoming in tge beginning of my experience.“

The protein caramel latte's are always done perfectly and the wife's hot caramel blondie is fantastic. She's having fun getting all the lightning bolts to earn more freebies I guess, she loves it! The service it always with a smile, pup cups on the ready and hardly any wait time even in the drive thru! Other places, just can't say that so much. It’s the kind of drink you pick when you want something comforting and treat-like rather than refreshing. The mango or peach tea, on the other hand, is lighter and more refreshing. It leans bright and fruity with a clean finish, especially if you go less sweet. It’s better if you want something you can actually sip through without it feeling heavy or overly filling.
