The flavors rotate every week, which makes it fun to try something new each time instead of getting bored with the same options.

Some flavors were definitely better than others, but even the ones I didn’t love were still good. The cookies are pretty big and rich, so sharing is honestly the way to go unless you have a serious sweet tooth. My personal favorite was the classic chocolate chip—it’s simple but done really well.

The only downside is the price. They’re more expensive than your average cookie, but for the size and quality, it kind of makes sense. Overall, it’s a great place to go if you want a treat that feels a little more special than your usual dessert.“

“Emily( I know she spelled it differently) & Madison Are absolutely amazing and the manager that they paired with. I ordered through the app to have it delivered, and there was a mishap and the cookies never made it to me. They made sure I got my cookies! They remade the order and had it ready for me to pick up I greatly appreciate their prompt response and attention to customer needs!! Both these wonderful girls had a nice big smile on their face when I walked in and it was very welcoming!“

“Nouer works at Andy’s like he was drafted against his will. Bro serves frozen custard with the emotional warmth of a parking ticket. Every order looks like it ruins his entire week. You ask for one concrete and suddenly he’s staring at the machine like it just gave him a calculus exam.

The custard is cold, but somehow his attitude is colder. He moves like he’s being paid by the century, not the hour. I’ve seen statues with better customer service. At this point I’m convinced the real employee is the machine and Nouer is just there for decoration.

Would return for the custard. Would avoid getting in Nouer’s line unless you enjoy feeling like a burden.“
