Respectfully, I think this is just the wknd crew.
Maybe I don't understand the pick up process and ordering ahead online. The staff is great, but when I place an order for pickup up it's never ready, and I end up waiting another 10-15 mins past the scheduled time.
Just schedule WAY ahead if you need to be at work.

I see alot of the other reviews mentioned not having good attitude or no customer service but I think it doesn't just come from the broista part, its comes from us the consumer as well!! Anyways everytime im come here I know my girls by name ask about there day and they always have a such a cool time together weather earlier mornings or late nights. Reminder kindness is the closest moment we could ever be with one another ✨, have a beautiful day luvsss 💙
I’ve always loved iced coffees at Dutch bros but never knew the right style of coffee to get that had the right ratio of syrup, to milk, to espresso. The girl at the window around 1:30 today said to get an Americano. After years, i finally got a spot on recommendation, im so happy! I have a low calorie, go to option. Thank you!!!

Dutch Bros Coffee offers a friendly and enjoyable experience for all, including pets. They provide a "pup cup" for furry friends and have a variety of sugar-free drink options, such as sugar-free Dutch soda and sugar-free rebel strawberry. The rainbro drink with lemonade is highly recommended. The staff are knowledgeable and provide excellent service.
Customers frequently visit this location and praise the delicious Iced kicker, which they enjoy with half sweet and easy on the ice. The drinks and kind baristas are appreciated, though the establishment is often very busy with a line around the building. Customers recommend trying the great products, including the sugar-free alternatives that are just as good as regular and have fewer calories.
