I have visited many Starbucks over the years, and my experience here was absolutely one of the best. My usual, a grande iced oat milk shaken espresso, came with kindness, amazing customer service and a nice smile from the person who rang me out. It’s the little things during mundane task that mean a lot the most.
Monday, 09/07/2026, I would like to recognize both Hailey and Jennifer.
They provided exceptional customer service and watch how they treated each customer with utmost respect. I know Starbucks can get very busy though out the day, and employees Hailey and Jennifer needs to be recognized for their job well done by showing both respect and compassion to customers.
