This was my favorite Wendy's. The food was good, the service was great but something happened and the service was more interested in a phone call than helping me. The floor in front of the counter was sticky. They need to understand, without the customer they don't have a store to work at. I hope they get their act together. Hope to be a loyal customer once more.
Doors locked during regular business hours. Forced to use drive thru.
Take way too long to get orders out. Twice I've ordered Mobile order pickups and have been asked to get out of line and wait for them to finish my order. Taking 15 mins. I thought mobile orders were to get your order faster????...
