The night staff is lazy. They leave food out of online orders and mess up any add ons. They need a staff change. I am not ordering from Wendy's with this staff working. I went back and counted all the orders and each one of them have been messed up for the last two months. Corporate needs to be involved at this point.

I walked up to Wendy's and all the doors are locked. I guess they didn't have enough staff, but they didn't post a sign in the door stating that they were posed to dine in.

Apparently they are pre-cooking the food because the fries were cold. I took them back to the counter only to get more cold fries. When I returned to my table I realized that the entire meal for two was cold. Of course there was attitude for the workers when I asked for hot food. Whatever happened to customer service and getting what you've paid for? It ain't as if I got or asked for a discount. PITIFUL!!!

Holy cow. Don't come here for a late night bite. HAD TO WAIT 7 MINUTES FOR PLACE TO AN ORDER FOR A COMBO AND WAS REFUSED SERVICE all because I didn't know if she heard me or not the first time. DON'T COME BACK IF YOU ARE AUTISIC OR WANT FOOD. Never going back. THE MANAGER IS ABLEIST.

I've been to this location twice in the last two weeks. On the first visit I did a mobile order. I walked in and stood there for 10 minutes before anyone bothered to acknowledge a customer waiting. They all had their backs to the counter. I'm listening to one employee with long pink braids telling a male employee what's she's willing to give him for free. Another employee working the window came around the corner to grab an order and he was the only one that said a word to me. The lady with pink hair just turned looked at me and went on about her conversation leaving the drive thru employee to handle both the window and the lobby.Today I did another mobile order arrived 5 minutes before the time I selected on the app there are 5 employees inside but the doors are locked. So at this point I'm waiting in the drive thru line for my order there were 6 cars ahead of me. It took 43 minutes for 6 cars to get through. When I pulled up I said I was picking up a mobile order and gave the name the guy said three different names each time I kept repeating so, I spelled out my name. I wasn't yelling. Another male associate proceeds to yell at me through the drive through speaker. he said no need for all of that when clearly they couldn't hear what was being said and a female associate is laughing historically through the mic. Needless to say it was 49 minutes before I received the food I scheduled for pick up at 4:05. The drink was watered down, the frosty was melted, the food was ice cold, under cooked. My family and I will never eat Wendy's again. We will not be recommending Wendy's to anyoneHorrible customer service, unprofessional leadership by the day and night manager.

This restaurant continually closes lobby during the day and makes people wait in long drive thru lines to pick up already ordered carry out app orders. management doesn't care. Short staffed is always used as an excuse. So beware if you try to go inside during normal business hours this restaurant and the District manager reward laziness.

I feel like I am being generous by giving this place two stars. Whoever was working the drive-thru was too busy or too preoccupied to get my order correct. I had to repeat my order four times, which was a red flag from the start, but I ignored it.I checked my food before driving off luckily. Part of my order was missing from the bag, so I grabbed the guys attention at the window. The young lady at the first window didn’t give me a receipt, so the guy acted like I didn’t pay for the food I said I was missing. I’m glad I mentioned to possibly check the machine again for proof otherwise I would have paid for a product I didn’t receive.All of this came after waiting 15 minutes in the line to get my room temperature food.
