Ordered from the app to gain points and right near the end payment option my screen went blank. There's more... the app still charged me!I drove to McDonald's and went inside. The MOD explained no refunds in store for app situations, but I would be refunded. I ordered anyway and went to work. Sure enough, I was refunded hours later. OK. That is expected. Thank you. I dunno who's working but I got a burger with no meat. I requested no cheese. It had cheese but not the beef patty. Smh there are good days and a lot of bad days with this location.

This McDonalds was torn down and rebuilt last year. Have not been inside. I drive through occasionally for breakfast on my way to work. Food is typical McDonalds. The drive through staff have been very friendly and pleasant.
