Little Caesars Reviews
we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. She should be fired and that store should be watched closely to monitor quality or be shut down. This...read full review
Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
I ordered pizza for dinner tonight for my family. I ordered using the app and picked it up from the machine when we got there. We had four pizzas, two crazy breads with sauce and two 2 liter drinks. My daughter helped me get everything to the car. When we got home we realized we were missing ONE pizza. Little Caesars Pizza has received mixed reviews from customers. While some customers were satisfied with the service and food options, others were disappointed with the long wait times and limited menu choices near closing time. The restaurant's customer service was also criticized for not addressing customer concerns. Overall, experiences at this Little Caesars location seem to vary, with room for improvement in order preparation and customer service. Customers have noted that the pizza, especially the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza, is often hot and fresh if picked up quickly, and many find it better than Dominoes, which they consider overpriced and unsatisfactory. Some reviews mention difficulties with the mobile app, such as error messages and issues with payment methods like America Express. The location has been described as a lower-tier Little Caesars because it offers fewer extras, like Parmesan or Zap packs, and only provides red pepper flakes. Critics believe offering more condiments could help retain customers, as competitors like Pizza Hut provide seasonings in shaker bottles, which customers appreciate. Despite the mixed experiences, many customers see potential for improvement and emphasize that good customer service and additional offerings can make a big difference in customer loyalty.
