I had an issue with my order and employee Dexter handled it so professionally until the store manager Jose(?) stepped in. He was so rude and undermined his associate. I hope they make Jose step down and promote Dexter! Mangers please be kind to your associates because us customers see that and they are the extension of you
Very disappointed I came in at 9:35 p.m. because they close at 10:00. And they didn't want to make me a hamburger pizza or deep dish because it was close to closing time. So the only thing that I could get with pepperoni. I understand close to closing time. But you're not close yet.... Oh well I'm about to move away from this area anyways.... Hopefully the Little Caesars, in my new area well be 10 times better and they're willing to serve me no matter what time....
