The Flying Squirrel Coffee Company is a unique hand crafted coffee shop in Crowley TX. The aviation theme is well thought out, to include an engine nacelle from a jet plane, and airline seating.
This is a Christ centered company with verses and art on the wall that promotes positive living.
The coffee is delicious. I also had a pineapple upside down cake that was fresh and wonderful.

Stopped in to try out a coffee. Planned to work some while I was there, but it was so hot I was sweating. The thermostat was set to 79 so that could have been part of the issue, but even sitting in direct line of the air vent didn’t help. The chairs are very hard and the tables are small and wobbly, so I definitely didn’t stay long. The coffee was good.
Their coffees whether hot or on ice are delicious.
