“Good food, good alcohol, good prices, but staff has had issues over the years with rude employees or lazy employees.

Today was different. Our server was a very kind soul that tried his hardest to handle the rush with them understaffed. I could tell there were issues in the kitchen. Looked like the previous shift hadn't done prep or at the least not done it correctly. I wish owners would stop micromanagement and start actually working the shifts as employees so they can see what needs to be changed to keep a good staff and keep them happy. The crazy thing is that people with the least responsibility make the most money.“

“I come here every now and then but today I ended up stopping by twice once for my mom and then for myself. I never got the guys name but he’s about 6ft and has glasses his attitude and work ethic was amazing!!! He wasn’t dull and loved making small talk with him I never pay attention that much when it comes to the workers attitudes because I’ve been in their shoes but he definitely made my experience very pleasing thank you for making my day.“

“First time doing takeout here! I was a little surprised that I was prompted for a tip, but then my order didn’t include any utensils. I’ll be honest, I didn’t leave a huge tip, mostly because it feels like so many places these days expect a tip even for takeout, and I’m always much happier tipping when the little details and service are there too.

I just wish as much attention had been given to making sure the order had everything we needed as there was to asking for a tip. Nothing major—just a small learning opportunity for the future. :)“

“One of my absolute favorite places to eat! Mahi mahi, ribs and shrimp brochette are my go to! I have been going to Lupe frequently for over a decade, in San Antonio and 2-3 plus times a month for years since the location in alliance Fort Worth opened. Taylor makes the BEST mango margarita I have ever had in the over decade of coming to Lupe. I’m always thrilled seeing her here. Jordan and Taylor are my fav pair in the bar, they are excellent and always a joy to talk to & have excellent customer service! Please keep them here forever!“

“Service is always great here. When my Family and I came in our server was Brookelyn. She is amazing. We were having a discussion at our table about how great Brookelyn was, and a few minutes later, the table next to us came over and was telling us how great they thought Brookelyn was also. And we just all agreed she is amazing every time we go there. We always ask for Brookelyn to be our server, and I have been there a couple of other times and over hear people telling her how great she is. And we agree also. And the food there is really good. So if you see a bad review on the food, just know that there is always someone that will not like the food......no matter how good the food is. I chop it up to....they don't really like Mexican food that much. Probably a Steak and Potato kinda person. I will always find a way to eat at El Paseo. I have been eating there for years. I love it and I always send other people there to eat also. Love this place sooooo much.“

“Today's lunch was outstanding. They make their own chips and tortillas onsite. The salsas I had were a compliment to the chips with flavor and spice that was not overwhelming. The Taco's carbon fajita meat with tender. Having traveled most of big cities in America, this place ranks high enough for me to right this recommendation the same day. They only serve lunch so don't miss out. The staff is very friendly and the food is outstanding.“

“We absolutely love having this little truck just to three minutes from our house. They are open late and always hit the spot. Very good food. Get a steak quesadilla or chicken. It's always hooked up. We are never disappointed on our portion size for how much we pay. It's cheap/well priced we always tip the ladies heavy. They deserve it. They definitely put love in their work.“

“This is my favorite place to eat in Ft Worth! The food is amazing and the hot sauce is on point! The sweet tea is the best. Usually, I can only find 2 out of 3 in a restaurant but here, they have all bases covered!! I try to come every Friday afternoon if I can. If I could, I would eat there daily. I always get the skillet cheese enchiladas with beef (which is so tender and the best I've ever had) I have them grill my onions a little longer and no peppers. Then, for dessert, the chocolate tres letches is the best dessert I've ever had that's Mexican food. As far as Mexican food dining goes this should be the best in the city. The staff is always nice and accommodating. The waitstaff is wonderful, They deserve big tips!! They do a lot of work for you. They really go above and beyond and the team seems to all work well together. When you see that type of synchronicity you know they love what they do.“

“Absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is awesome. Football games on TV. Classic rock like Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Steppenwolf, and Bob Seger playing through the speakers. And the food. The food is AMAZING. I've only been here a few times and I try to get something new each time. Hard to pick a favorite. So far I've tried the shredded brisket taco, the Cali-style steak taco, the Baja fish taco, and the shredded chicken nachos. I'd recommend anything and everything from Fuzzy's.“

“I love Torchy’s Tacos, however I tried the new taco of the month today and let me just say I was extremely disappointed. The burger was dried so bad, cheese was hardly melted and it had no flavor. Tried taking it back but the lady was rude about it. I still will come back just disappointed in yesterday’s experience.“

After much research and difficult pricing decision to make I took a deeper dive into the website for the Mexican Inn Café. What I found was lots of happy folks with both food and the restaurant. Next step was asking around for personal experience and found again lots of happy folks. Last step was a personal visit to check out the food. Well, that was a pleasant surprise for a restaurant that has been there for 60 + years – great food – great service and impressive service personal. Making the arrangements for the catering service was easy and working with Annette Rosas far exceeded my expectations. On the day of the birthday party the food arrived on time and their set-up service was excellent. OH, those yummy food smells. Everything looked delicious, was well prepared and the display was a treat to the eye. In addition - all was an enormous success from the party goers’ praises … except for there being little left over for me to enjoy the next day>LOL. I would like to recommend the Mexican Inn Café 8th Street in Fort Worth and Annette Rosas to anyone in need of catering services or an excellent place to eat. Thank you Annette for making my chose an excellent one – You are Amazing.“

“It was our first time here, and we had such a great experience, especially since we came as a couple. The place is really nice, and we loved the atmosphere.

We ordered the queso blanco as an appetizer, and it was really delicious and creamy. We also had the chicken fajitas with extra peppers, and they were absolutely delicious—everything was well prepared and full of flavor.

Moises was our server, and he took great care of us. He was very attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better.

“Seems very popular and thus busy the times we visited for breakfast and lunch. Delicious food! They got half of the breakfast order wrong. Appears as though this place has been around for a long time. Wish they would invest in a better paint job for the menu which is painted on an inside wall and not very easy as to understand. We hope they continue to succeed.“
