We were there for Fajita Wednesday so we ordered Fajitas. They were SO good! The beef was spectacular. My son said it was the best fajitas he’s ever had. It wasn’t super cheap but everything is made fresh in house.
I have to say, I have high expectations for the fajitas at Pappasito's. They are typically in my "top 2" favorites with the garlic butter and salsa. However, on this visit I was disappointed. The chicken fajitas were juicy, but the butter was not flavorful and the salsa was more liquefied than in the past. I appreciated the fresh tortillas and availability of a lunch portion and price! on a Sunday/weekend, as the full portion is way too much- the lunch-size was perfect for 1 woman....read full review
